See what needs attention
The dashboard is modular. Choose the widgets useful to your role: stock, sales, unpaid invoices, overdue balances or pending quotes. A balance list is more useful than a total that mixes cash received with invoices still open.
Payment terms fill the due date. Payment reminders can be configured by dealership and disabled for an individual invoice. Check imported email addresses and balances first so the wrong customer is not chased.
Add a unit from the yard
In your phone browser, take photos or select existing ones. Quick add can sort images, read a VIN, data plate or spec sheet and prepare a description. Review and complete the record, then choose to keep a draft or publish it.
Each AI action counts toward your plan allowance. Suggested details do not replace your inspection of the unit and its documents.
Give each person the right access
Owner, admin, sales, inventory and accounting roles separate responsibilities. Configure your logo, website colors, email messages, payment terms and saved items in the product. These existing settings support your workflow without promising a custom feature that has not shipped.

Essential starts at $129 CAD a month for 40 units and 3 users. Pro, at $249 CAD, includes unlimited units and users and a custom domain. US dealerships pay $99 USD or $189 USD respectively. Taxes extra. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Frequently asked questions
Can I start without importing all my history?
Yes. Enter current units and customers, then import checked CSV files later. Avoid entering an invoice and later importing it under a different number.
Is the plan billed per user?
Published prices are plan prices. Essential includes 3 users; Pro and Group have unlimited users. Check inventory and AI limits separately.
