TRAILER DEALERS
Your trailer inventory, from the yard to the invoice.
TruckDMS is a dealer management system for commercial truck and trailer dealers. Each trailer has its own record, photos, price and status. Keep the same unit connected to the customer inquiry, quote and sale.

The same inventory handles both categories. The screenshot is a fictional demonstration.

A useful trailer record
Classify the unit as a trailer. Record its stock number, VIN, make, model, year, color and available specifications. Put equipment and special features in the description. Engine or odometer fields should not be used to invent information that does not apply to the unit.
- Exterior, interior and data-plate photos as appropriate.
- Asking price, cost and documented expenses to track margin.
- Available, reserved or sold status without recreating the record.
A website that separates trucks and trailers
A published unit appears on your inventory website with its photos and price. When both categories are present, visitors can choose trucks or trailers, then filter by make and type. An inquiry sent from the site arrives in your leads with the relevant unit.
Already have a website? The inventory widget can be embedded in your current site. A custom domain for the hosted site is available on Pro and Group. Publishing on that site does not mean automatic posting to an external marketplace.
Prepare a Marketplace listing
The manual assistant prepares copyable fields, short or full descriptions and photos to download. You open Facebook and publish the listing yourself. Then record its link and posting or renewal dates in the tracker; copying fields does not publish a listing automatically.
From inquiry to balance due
Prepare a quote for the unit, send the customer link and follow the response. The invoice keeps taxes and recorded payments; a reservation deposit can later be transferred onto the sale invoice. In Québec, generate the contract from the invoice; elsewhere, upload your own contract for signature.
Choose for your inventory
